Our driver was waiting when we arrived with a big sign with our name on it. He was extremely courteous, spoke perfect English. The vans were clean, nice and air-conditioned. Our driver was also right on time to pick us up 5 days later for our return to the airport. Perfect and pleasant service.

We went to the Riveria Mayan on vacation 6 months ago and we took this transportation. They met us with a sign at the airport we were the only ones in the van. It was a clean van with a very pleasant driver. They immediately took care of our bags. They took us right to the hotel. I would definitely use this transportation again. They get 5 stars.

Our holiday in Playa del Carmen, Mexico this past Christmas 2005 and new Years 2006 was so enjoyable, and the arrangements went so smoothly, thanks in no small part to your exellent transportation services. As I was departing I realized that you guys made 6 trips for us from and to the airport since my 14 family members were leaving at different times! Since part of my family was coming all the way from Hong Kong, we had to make all of our travel arrangements far in advance. Having never used your transportation services, we were obviousy concerned about on-time pick-up from, and to, the airport during our Mexico stay. Not only were you guys always on time, but your van was comfortably air conditioned (thank God!), had plenty of room for our luggage, and your drivers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. And your round-trip price was competitive.
Speaking on behalf of all of my family members that you carried, I can say that we were very happy with your service and would not hesitate to use you again on our next trip to Mexico (which I desperately hope comes sooner than later, since I´m already ready for another holiday!!!)

Even though our flight was 2 hours late, Kinmont was waiting. The driver was very professional, the vans were clean, and the A/C worked great. Upon our departure, our Driver was their at 9:30AM (NOT A MIN LATE, VERY IMPRESSIVE!)
All in all, the vaule is great, and hassle free. Kinmont made sure that the begining, and end of our vacation was stress free. Thank you!

As with others in the previous posts our driver was waiting for us at the airport and quickly navigated us through the crowd and we were on the beach in Playa within the hour. However Lilkin and team went beyond the norm on the the return. Due to a medical emergency in the U.S. we were forced to leave quickly days prior to our scheduled departure. Within minutes Lilkin responded to my email and arranged to have a driver pick us up which allowed us to meet our quick departure plans. I will definitely be using Kinmount in my future trips to the Mayan Peninsula.

This was my 3rd vacation to Cancun and using this shuttle service was easier than the package vacation shuttles I have used before. The driver was waiting immediately outside the airport with a very visible sign showing our name. When it was time to leave the resort, the driver was a few minutes early and found us in the lobby of the resort. I would highly suggest using this service to anyone who wants personalized shuttle service that takes you right to the resort without having to drop anyone else off first. After researching the most economical way for our group of 9 to get to our Resort, I found Kinmont. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, their service was outstanding. After standing in line at customs for over an hour, we were relieved to see our driver outside exactly where he was supposed to meet us with our name clearly visible on a sign. We walked a very short distance to our waiting van. The van was clean and in excellent working condition. Before we even left the parking lot our driver offered us cold beers he had on ice (for a small fee). We were all ready for a nice cerveza at this point!! Unfortunatly I can not remember our drivers name but he was very friendly. On our return trip to the airport, our driver was Abraham. He was very friendly and spoke excellent English (and he tolerated my husbands so-so spanish!!). All in all, I would highly reccommend Kinmont. If we ever go back to Cancun I will definately use them again!!

Kinmont was everything as promised. Getting thru the airport to the man holding the sign with our name was our only difficulty. There were lots of sign with names, yet we found ours quickly. Driver was great. Vehicles were clean and air conditioned. We had an hour and a half trip to our resort and it was safe and comfortable. WE would use your services again. Thank you.

Comments: We just got back from our family trip to Playa del Carmen. We made reservations the night before we left for ground transportation. I was a little nervous about the transfer (first time we used). When we arrived the next morning (11:09 AM) our driver was waiting and ready to transport us the 50mins to Playacar. He was very friendly and helpful (can´t remember his name), and got us right to our destination without delay.
On our trip back Abraham was our driver. He was right on time (actually early) loaded our bags and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Abraham was VERY friendly and informative telling us about his Mayan culture and telling us about the area we were driving through on the way. He was a great driver (and tour guide). Just arrived home to Canada and wanted to send you a quick message to compliment you on your excellent service. We arrived to the Cancun airport and as soon as we walked outside we saw your representative standing there with a sign with my name on it. He escorted us to his van, and off we went in a matter of minutes after landing. The service was even better at departure. We were staying at a different spot from drop off which was small and out of the way. I was a little worried the driver would not find it, but he arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule.
